Physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury. Accordingly,
WedShape
recommends that you obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise activity. You agree that by participating in physical exercise or training activities, you do so entirely at your own risk. Any enhancement products are entirely your responsibility, and you should consult a physician or other expert practitioner before undergoing any dietary or food supplement programme or changes. You further hereby agree that you are participating in these activities of your own volition and initiative and that by using the advice of
WedShape
, you acknowledge and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death.
(a) You acknowledge that you have carefully read these terms and conditions and fully understand that they include and incorporate a comprehensive and binding release of liability by you in respect of
WedShape
. Under the terms herein, you expressly agree to release and discharge
WedShape
and/or its employees, directors, or officers from any and all claims or causes of action, and you agree to give up, release, or waive any right you may have to bring legal action against
WedShape
for personal injury or property loss or damage.
(b) For the avoidance of doubt, the release and waiver set out in clause 2 above includes any action under the tort of negligence (whether such negligence is founded in statute, common law, or otherwise).
If any portion of this release from and waiver of liability shall be deemed invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, you agree that the remainder of this contract shall remain in full force and effect, and the offending provision(s) will be severed accordingly.
Results from our services may vary, and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. Refund policies and guarantees are based on the adherence to the program. Specific terms regarding refunds and guarantees will be disclosed to you at the time of sign-up and are dependent on the package you choose.
Once the first payment for online coaching has been made, you agree that such payment is non-refundable, as are any subsequent payments unless specified otherwise in the terms disclosed upon sign-up.
You are responsible for maintaining communication with
WedShape
and submitting any required check-ins. Failure to do so may impact your coaching, but
WedShape
is not obliged to follow up. If communication ceases, you will still have access to the most recent training and nutrition materials provided.
WedShape
processes personal data in compliance with data protection legislation. For details about how your data is processed, please refer to the privacy policy available on our website. We do not process personal data without your explicit consent.
You consent to
WedShape
using third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or others) as required for the performance of the services. These third-party processors comply with data protection regulations.
WedShape
reserves the right to use any images or data obtained during the course of the services in promotional materials. By signing up for our services, you consent to such use, but you may opt out at any time.
The information provided by
WedShape
is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Before undertaking any new fitness program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider.
The terms of your membership, including duration, pricing, and any special package details, will be disclosed upon sign-up. All packages are subject to the conditions outlined at that time.
(a) After the minimum commitment period, your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis until canceled. You must provide written notice of cancellation to
WedShape
via email at least one full billing cycle before cancellation.
(b) Customized services are tailored to your needs, and by agreeing to these terms, you understand that you waive the standard 14-day cancellation right once service provision begins.
Late payments will incur a fee as outlined in the personalized terms disclosed at sign-up.
WedShape
reserves the right to take further steps if payments remain overdue.
In the event of cancellation, you may be enrolled in a Legacy Plan to access historical data and services for a nominal monthly fee. Details of the Legacy Plan and cancellation policy will be provided at sign-up.
