Terms and Conditions – WedShape Transformations FZCO

By utilising our services, you accept that the Terms and Conditions set out below represent a legally binding contract between yourself and WedShape Transformations FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Health and Safety

Physical exercise can be strenuous and involves risk of injury. You are strongly advised to consult with a medical professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme.

By participating in physical activity provided or advised by WedShape Transformations FZCO, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing during all activities, including the use of any enhancement products or supplements.

If at any point you feel dizzy, lightheaded, nauseous, or experience pain or discomfort, you must stop immediately and seek medical attention.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

By using our services, you agree to release WedShape Transformations FZCO, its staff, contractors, and directors from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any aspect of our programmes.

This includes any action under the tort of negligence, to the extent legally permitted.

3. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full force.

4. Bespoke Services and Refund Policy

All coaching packages offered by WedShape Transformations FZCO are tailored to individual client needs. Specific package terms—including duration, cost, and structure—will be outlined and agreed upon at the point of sign-up.

Due to the customised nature of these services, there is no statutory 14-day cooling-off period once service provision begins. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your individual package agreement.

5. Guarantee Policy

Where applicable, specific packages may include a results-based money-back guarantee. Full terms of any such guarantee will be clearly outlined in your individual contract. No general guarantee is implied or provided unless stated in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to communicate with your assigned coach, attend check-ins, and provide accurate progress updates. If you fail to do so, we are under no obligation to follow up. You will retain access to your most recently updated programme, but further support requires re-engagement.

7. Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable UAE data protection regulations and the principles of GDPR where relevant.

You are the data controller; WedShape Transformations FZCO acts as the data processor.

We will process your data only under your instruction and with appropriate security measures in place.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

In the event of a data breach, you will be notified without undue delay.

8. Third-Party Processors

By using our services, you consent to WedShape Transformations FZCO appointing third-party processors (such as Stripe, Mamo Pay, or other platforms) to process payments and communications. These processors operate under agreements ensuring compliance with relevant data protection standards.

9. Use of Data & Testimonials

By participating in our programmes, you grant permission for WedShape Transformations FZCO to use anonymised feedback, testimonials, or progress visuals you voluntarily share, for marketing purposes across digital and print platforms.

You will also be added to our mailing list for updates, educational content, and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Medical Advice Disclaimer

All information provided by WedShape Transformations FZCO is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a licensed medical provider before changing your exercise, diet, or health routines.

11. Membership & Cancellation

All coaching programmes involve a minimum financial commitment. Specific durations and terms will be detailed in your personal agreement at sign-up.

Following the minimum term, your membership may continue on a rolling basis unless cancelled by emailing [email protected] with at least one full billing cycle’s notice.

Scheduled sessions (e.g., Zoom calls) require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited.

12. Late Payments

If a payment is more than 3 calendar days overdue, WedShape Transformations FZCO may charge:

A £20 (or AED equivalent) admin fee

An additional £2 per calendar day until payment is settled

Service access may be suspended for unresolved payments.

13. Legacy Plan Access (Post-Cancellation)

Upon cancelling or ending your coaching service, your access may automatically shift to our Legacy Plan, which offers app access and historical data for £9.99/month (or local equivalent). You may cancel this at any time by emailing [email protected].

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. However, WedShape Transformations FZCO reserves the right to pursue unpaid balances or legal action in your country of residence if required.

If any provision is deemed invalid, it will be modified only as needed to remain enforceable. The rest of the agreement remains fully in effect.
