Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms By utilizing our services, you accept that these Terms and Conditions represent a legally binding contract between yourself and The Company.
2. Health and Safety Physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of injury. The Company recommends obtaining a physical examination from a doctor before participating in any exercise activity. By participating in this program, you do so entirely at your own risk. If you feel light-headed, dizzy, nauseated, or experience pain or discomfort, stop the activity immediately and seek medical advice.
3. Payment and Refund Policy Payments for this program are non-refundable. There is a minimum 4 month term on this program. You may cancel the program after 4 month term with at least 48 hours’ notice before your next payment is due. Cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected]
4. No Cooling-Off Period. Due to the semi-personalized nature of this program, there is no 14-day cooling-off period. Access to the program is granted immediately upon payment, making it non-returnable.
5. Program Specifics. This program includes:
(a.) A training program based on pre-selected criteria from your onboarding form.
(b.)Custom meal plans generated from day one, tailored to your dietary preferences and calorie needs.
There is no coaching involved, and no coach is allocated.
6. Results. Disclaimer Results from this program are not guaranteed. The results guarantee is applicable only to our coaching programs. Individual results may vary.
7. Data Protection. The Company will process Personal Data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal Data will be processed only on written instructions from you and protected against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss or destruction.
8. Use of Data. The Company reserves the right to use any images and/or other data obtained during the course of the services provided within promotional materials. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to such usage. You will also be placed on our mailing list to receive updates and information about the company. You can opt out at any time.
9. Medical Advice Disclaimer. The information and advice provided by The Company is not that of a medical professional. You are required to seek the advice of a qualified medical professional before following the advice/program provided.

11. Relationship. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and The Company shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of England. Any dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
12. Severability. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
